Frequently Asked Questions

What is CTA Flow?

CTA Flow is a no-code tool for marketers to build campaign landing pages and run surveys, NPS, and feedback forms. It works across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and CRM campaigns.

Do I need to code anything?

No. Everything — pages, forms, logic, themes — is built with drag-and-drop or point-and-click editors. No HTML, CSS, or JavaScript needed.

How is CTA Flow different from Typeform or Google Forms?

CTA Flow combines a landing page builder with a smart form builder in one tool. You get UTM tracking, logic branching, per-question funnel analytics, and campaign performance reporting — all designed for marketing use cases, not generic form collection.

Can I use CTA Flow for NPS and CSAT surveys?

Yes. The form builder includes rating, NPS (0–10 scale), and slider question types. You can add logic to route detractors to a follow-up question and promoters to a referral ask.

How do UTM parameters work with landing pages?

Append ?utm_source=whatsapp&utm_campaign=june-offer to your page URL. CTA Flow records every visit by UTM and shows per-campaign views, clicks, and conversions in the analytics dashboard.

Can I show different content to different audience segments?

Yes — conditional blocks on landing pages let you show or hide any block based on the UTM parameter value. One URL, multiple personalised variants.

Where do form responses go?

Responses are stored in your CTA Flow account. You can view them in the Responses tab, search by session, and export as CSV at any time.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The starter plan is free forever — unlimited pages and forms, all question types, and core analytics included.
